This European company specializes in optimizing warehouse logistics and inventory management by enhancing the tracking and controlling of goods in storage facilities. Their innovative solutions utilize warehouse technologies such as barcodes, QR codes, and RFID systems for accurate inventory monitoring, which reduces errors and improves operational efficiency.
Before
Before our collaboration, our client had no automated testing. Testing was conducted manually by PM and the PO, leading to inconsistent quality and undetected bugs. There was no testing documentation. The client required a fully automated regression suit integrated with their CI system.
Challenges and Solutions
Our team established comprehensive manual and automated testing processes for the client, focusing on functionality and user experience. We want to share some details about our work on this project with you.

- Improved product quality, with bugs detected before almost every release (on average, 3-10 bugs per release) during regression test runs.
